"Called the Support License, it authorizes the company or individual to service or interactive gaming locators licensed by the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport," said Atty. Katrina Nepomuceno, legal counsel for First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation (FCLRC). FCLRC is Cagayan Economic Zone Authority's (CEZA's) duly appointed Master Licensor for Internet gaming operations in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Free Port in Cagayan, northern Philippines. According to Nepomuceno, the Support License accords the holder a more secured supply relationship with the CEZA-authorized Internet gaming operator and vice versa.
