FCLRC is Cagayan Economic Zone Authority's (CEZA's) duly appointed Master Licensor for Internet gaming operations in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Free Port in Cagayan, northern Philippines. According to Nepomuceno, the Support License accords the holder a more secured supply relationship with the CEZA-authorized Internet gaming operator and vice versa.
